Shipping (products)

• We ship within India unless otherwise agreed. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner; typical dispatch is within a few business days after payment confirmation.
• You will receive order updates (where contact details are provided) including tracking when available.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item. We will work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Returns & refunds (products)

• For hygiene and authenticity reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless defective. Contact us before returning any product.
• Approved returns should be sent in original packaging where possible. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned goods, unless we agree otherwise.

Consultation fees

Consultation bookings may have specific cancellation or rescheduling rules. Please confirm at the time of booking. Unless stated otherwise, fees already paid may be non-refundable if you cancel on short notice, or may be credited toward a rescheduled session — we aim to be fair and will confirm in writing (email/WhatsApp).
